CPR Today's courses can provide you with life-saving skills including but not limited to CPR, the Heimlich manuever, first aid and how to use an AED. These skills can help you, your friends and loved ones if you find yourself or others in an emergency situation.
Studies show that effective CPR right away improves survival from cardiac arrest.
CPR Today's courses are taught in accordance with the American Heart Association. We follow the AHA's Chain of Survival for all our courses.
